Philadelphia, PA – Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) announces launch of a new text messaging service to receive and respond to constituent service requests. Due to COVID-19/working-from-home, an increasing number of constituent requests are now being received electronically via social media & email. Constituents now also have the ability to text Councilman O’Neill’s office. This new service offers residents another option in addition to Councilman O’Neill’s traditional phone and in-person constituent services.

Like other forms of electronic communication, such as email and social media already offered by O’Neill, text messages can be
received after traditional office hours, including weekends. All messages will receive a prompt response. Councilman Brian O’Neill and his offices are here to serve you. This new text messaging capability will allow anyone with a cell phone to send requests & photos to Councilman O’Neill immediately when issues arise.
