Philadelphia, PA – Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) announces launch of a new text messaging service to receive and respond to constituent service requests. Due to COVID-19/working-from-home, an increasing number of constituent requests are now being received electronically via social media & email. received after traditional office hours, including weekends. All messages will receive a prompt response. Councilman Brian O’Neill and his offices are here to serve you. This new text messaging capability will allow anyone with a cell phone to send requests & photos to Councilman O’Neill immediately when issues arise.

The phone number to text is “215-964-8232” For questions about this, or any other matter, please contact Councilman O’Neill’s office. During the City shutdown and COVID-19 crisis, Councilman O’Neill and his staff are working remotely and can be reached by phone, email, social media (Facebook & Twitter), and now, text message.
