All Philadelphia City Council Stated Meetings and hearings take place in Council Chambers, located on the fourth floor of Philadelphia City Hall.

Directions:
- Mass Transit – On the SEPTA Broad Street or Market Frankford lines, use the City Hall or 15th Street stations. Several SEPTA bus routes also serve the area. SEPTA’s Suburban Station for Regional Rail lines is also within walking distance.
- Bike – Bicycle racks are located on the Northeast, Northwest and Southwest corners of City Hall.
- Car – Please note that there is no public parking at City Hall itself. There are several parking garages in the area. Rates may vary.
