Amending Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Service and Other Businesses?, by adding a new section regulating the hours of operation of businesses within the area bounded by 54th Street, the north side of Market Street, 63rd Street, and Lansdowne Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
