Amending Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers, Semitrailers, Truck Tractors, and Vending Carts,” to provide prohibitions on semitrailer and truck tractor parking in the Ninth District of Council, all under certain terms and conditions.

Establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of North Parkside Avenue between Wynnefield Avenue and Monument Road.

Establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of North 57th Street between Lansdowne Avenue and Media Street.

Amending Chapter 12-2800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations,? by further providing with respect to monetary penalties for on-street parking of semitrailers and truck tractors, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 11-200 of The Philadelphia Code, to impose additional conditions on permittees and contractors to repair openings on public streets, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the vacating of Sloan Street from Ogden Street to its terminus northwardly therefrom and the reserving and plotting upon City Plan No. 106 of a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of said Sloan Street being vacated and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 370 by striking from the City Plan Southampton Road from Bustleton Avenue to its terminus southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the construction, installation, ownership, use and maintenance of a sidewalk caf? at 425-449 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123, under certain terms and conditions.

Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Penn street and Wakeling street; Griscom street and Orthodox street; Leiper street and Pratt street; Saul street and Pratt street. Penn street and Harrison street; Saul street and Sanger street, Margaret street and Torresdale avenue; Granite street and Darrah street; Margaret street and Duffield street; Dyre street and Darrah street.

Authorizing the installation, ownership, and maintenance of various encroachments in the vicinity of 3317-33 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, under certain terms and conditions.
