Amending Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers, Semitrailers, Truck Tractors, and Vending Carts,? to provide prohibitions on semitrailer and truck tractor parking in the Ninth District of Council, all under certain terms and conditions.
