Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Norris street and N. 15th street and N. 19th street; Page street and N. 16th street and N. 20th street and N. 23rd street; Monument street and N. 17th street.

Authorizing the Procurement Commissioner to enter into a contract for the construction of a sewer and appurtenant work, required to provide public sewer service, in the 1200 block of North Newkirk Street.
