Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize a bicycle lane in each direction on Bartram Avenue, from 84th Street to Essington Avenue; and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
