PHILADELPHIA – On Tuesday, September 13, 2016, Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) and Mayor Jim Kenney cut the ribbon to officially open the city’s Northeast Municipal Services Center at 7522 Castor Avenue.

To better serve the residents of Northeast Philadelphia, the Northeast Municipal Service Center recently relocated to a larger facility at 7522 Castor Ave. The new 9,000 square foot office will house the satellite offices for the Department of Revenue, Licenses and Inspections and Councilman Brian O’Neill.  Residents are able to pay Real Estate and Business taxes, pay water bills, apply for real estate and water assistance programs, and apply for permits.

Also in attendance for the ribbon cutting were Frank Breslin, Commissioner of Philadelphia Department of Revenue; Bridget Collins-Greenwald, Commissioner,  Department of Public Property; David Perri, Commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections. Councilman Al Taubenberger (At Large) and Pennsylvania State Senator John Sabatina Jr. (5th District).
