About The Task Force Report
Food & Nutrition Security Task Force (FNSTF) was convened by Philadelphia City Council through Resolution #240125-A to develop actionable, equity-centered solutions to food insecurity. After more than a year of stakeholder engagement, public hearings, community listening sessions, and working group meetings, the Task Force produced a roadmap aimed at transforming Philadelphia’s food system from a fragmented emergency response network into a coordinated, accountable, and community-driven system.
