Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the Fire Commissioner and the Revenue Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services to enable the City to maintain and provide access to emergency medical services, under certain terms and conditions.
