Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant PECO Energy Company an easement for the purpose of installing transmission lines across a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in the area bounded by 34th Street, Grays Ferry Avenue and the Schuylkill River Pierhead Line, under certain terms and conditions.
