Transmitting an ordinance amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize a bicycle lane, in the eastbound direction, on Chestnut street from South 63rd street to South 45th street; and to remove a travel lane on Chestnut street within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
