Transmitting an Ordinance amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Bicycle Lanes,? by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate a bicycle lane, in the southbound direction, on North 8th Street, from Vine Street to Race Street, and to remove a travel lane, in the southbound direction, on North 8th Street, from Vine Street to Race Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
