Providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of the proposal set forth in a Resolution approved by City Council proposing an amendment to the Educational Supplement to the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter relating to the eligibility, selection and removal of the Members of the Board of Education; relating to the Board of Education?s responsibility for the administration of the School District; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election.
