Bill No. 210899 amends the Philadelphia Zoning Code by amending Chapter 14-1000, Historic Preservation, to establish a temporary demolition moratorium with respect to properties in the area bounded by Henry and Roxborough Avenues and Silverwood and Fountain Streets. This Bill will create a one-year demolition moratorium within an area of Roxborough known for Victorian homes
