Establishing a two-way regulation on the southwesterly cartway of Vare Avenue, extending along the southwesterly side of The Schuylkill Expressway (I-76), from South 28th Street to Maiden Lane, and establishing a two-way regulation on South 28th Street, from Vare Avenue to Porter Street.
