Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 299 by striking from the City Plan Parker Avenue from a point approximately three-hundred forty-two feet southwest of Matthias Street to its terminus approximately fifty-eight feet further southwestwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions.
