Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades, and Professions,? by creating a new Chapter 9-5600, entitled ?Automotive Repair & Care Shop Parking,? to regulate the parking operations of Automobile Repair & Care Shops within the City of Philadelphia, in certain circumstances, all under certain terms and conditions.
