Amending Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Finance, Taxes and Collections,? to incentivize Affordable Housing development by authorizing tax exemptions pursuant to the Affordable Housing Unit Tax Exemption Act, all under certain terms and conditions.
