Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Traffic Code,? by creating a new Chapter 12-3600, entitled ?Tractor Trailer Parking Ban,? to prohibit the parking of tractor trailers on public streets of the City of Philadelphia, in certain circumstances, all under certain terms and conditions.
