Amending Section 9-208 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Sidewalk Cafes,? by permitting sidewalk cafes to be maintained on Frankford Avenue, both sides, from Harbison Avenue to Sheffield Avenue; Cottman Avenue, both sides, from Erdrick Street to Leon Street; Ryan Avenue, both sides, from Frankford Avenue to Leon Street; Robbins Avenue, both sides, from Frankford Avenue to Mulberry Street; Sackett Street, both sides, from Frankford Avenue to Levick Street; and the area bounded by Frankford Avenue, Levick Street, Hawthorne Street and Hellerman Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
