Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Sidewalk Sales,? to permit vending in certain areas in the vicinity of 56th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, 57th Street between Haverford Avenue and Vine Street, and Vine street between 56th Street and 57th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
