Amending Section 14-504 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?/NCO, Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District,? by expanding the existing Strawberry Mansion /NCO area to include an area bounded by Lehigh Avenue, 29th Street, and Sedgley Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
