Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize bicycle lanes on Race Street from North 5th Street to North 4th Street; and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
