Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize a bicycle lane on West Market street from 20th street to 23rd street; and making associated changes to travel lanes and parking regulations within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
