Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize a bicycle lane, in the southbound direction, on North 2nd street from Race street to Market street; and removing a travel lane on North 2nd street within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
