Amending Chapter 6-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Preventative Medicine,? by adding a new section offering gift certificates to citizens and property owners of Philadelphia who received vaccinations for COVID-19 in order to incentivize immunizations against the disease; all under certain terms and conditions.
