Amending Chapter 14-1000 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Historic Preservation,? by adding new sections to create a searchable database of mural arts in the City, adding notice requirements, comment period, review and recommendations by Mural Arts Philadelphia, and other related duties prior to issuance of a building permit for a mural arts building, all under certain terms and conditions.
