Amending Chapter 19-1300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Real Estate Taxes,? to provide for a discount for early payment of real estate taxes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?On-Street Parking of Boats, Motor Homes, Truck Campers and Vending Carts,? by providing for further regulation of semitrailer and truck tractor parking, under certain terms and conditions.

Recognizing March 5 -11, 2023, during Women?s History Month, as Women in Construction (WIC) Week in the City of Philadelphia

Amending The Philadelphia Code by adding a new section prohibiting the parking or maintaining of semitrailers and truck tractors at residential properties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Honoring the life and legacy of Fred Shabel, for his enduring dedication to the city of Philadelphia as a coach, businessman, and civic leader.

Also naming South 22nd Street, between Market Street and Chestnut Street, “Pat Eiding Way”, to honor Patrick J. Eiding for his service as President of the Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO and his accomplishments on behalf of Philadelphia workers.

Proclaiming the Month of March in 2023 as Irish Heritage Month in the City of Philadelphia and Honoring the St. Patrick?s Day Observance Association of Philadelphia.
