Commemorating the 60th anniversary of the bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, honoring the lives of those lost, and recognizing the Reverend Arthur Price Jr., Philadelphia native and pastor at 16th Street Baptist, for his continued work on behalf of the community.

Recognizing and honoring Philadelphia?s Bishop Melvin Floyd, by renaming the 5200 block of Wayne Avenue ?Bishop Melvin Floyd Way? to honor the life and legacy of Bishop Floyd, Founder and Pastor Agape Christian Chapel and the Neighborhood Crusades, Inc., where he tirelessly worked to prevent gang violence citywide and since 1970, successfully reaching youth and families for over 40 years.

Also naming the 7800 block of Saturn place ?Leonard K. Brundage Way?, to honor the life and legacy of Eastwick native and lifelong Philadelphian, Leonard K. Brundage.

Authorizing the Committee on Children and Youth to hold hearings to evaluate existing support services for Early Childhood Education and Pre-K Centers and Providers and to examine the role of high-quality Early Childhood Education and Pre-K opportunities in addressing childhood poverty and promoting the future academic success of children in Philadelphia.

Authorizing the Committee on Commerce and Economic Development to hold hearings examining the City?s strategy for increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in public contracts.
