Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code (?The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code?) by revising Section PM-202 of Subcode PM (?The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code?), entitled ?General Definitions?, to revise definitions related to drinking fountains and water dispensers; and revising Section PM-502.6 of Subcode PM, entitled ?Schools?, to add provisions related to drinking facilities in schools and requiring filtration systems; all under certain terms and conditions.
Authorizing the City of Philadelphia Council Committee on Public Safety to hold public hearings to examine enforcement practices, preventative measures, and potential solutions necessary to address the widespread illegal dumping taking place in the City of Philadelphia, and to explore ways to collaborate with City agencies to address this problem.

Substantially increasing the budget and number of areas and neighborhoods around the City served by the Community Life Improvement Program (CLIP) to improve the health, safety and cleanliness of every neighborhood and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Amending Chapter 21-1800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Foster Care,? to add new provisions related to screening and application for benefits for foster youth; limiting the use of Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Veterans or other various benefits; and providing notice to the foster child for certain actions taken with respect to Social Security and other benefits; all under certain terms and conditions.
Calling on the Pennsylvania Attorney General?s Office, Philadelphia District Attorney?s Office, Philadelphia Sheriff?s Office, Office of the City Controller and the Managing Directors Office to conduct a joint evaluation of the City?s current witness relocation and protection programs.
Authorizing the Committee on Labor and Civil Service to hold hearings to examine the enforcement of building and construction code requirements, Licenses and Inspections inspector caseload and inspector staffing ratios, and the City?s response to worker misclassification, also known as payroll fraud.
Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,? by adding a new Chapter, entitled ?Employee Commuter Transit Benefit Programs,? to require certain employers to provide a mass transit and bicycle commuter benefit program, under certain terms and conditions.
Authorizing the Committees on Children and Youth and Public Health and Human Services to hold hearings concerning the imminent threat to the longstanding constitutional right to an abortion, to examine the profound and devastating local impact that the potential repeal of Roe vs. Wade would have on individual lives and society as a whole, and to explore what Philadelphia can do to ensure and increase access to abortion in the face of this threat.
