Amending Section 9-207 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Motor Vehicle Repairs,? to prohibit the use of City streets for the sale or storage of motor vehicles, and revising penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-5100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Food Delivery Services,? to modify the limitation on fees charged to food service establishments; all under certain terms and conditions.

Requiring the Water Commissioner, on behalf of the City, to convert certain water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure on Wells Street between Frankford Avenue and Charles Street from private to public infrastructure, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 12-2809 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Civil Penalties and Costs,? to change certain penalties for parking on sidewalks, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-4400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Responsible Business Operations,? to revise what constitutes nuisance behavior, expand business owner liability and expand potential mitigation measures, all under certain terms and conditions.
