Providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of the proposal set forth in a Resolution approved by Council proposing an amendment of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to provide that Councilmembers shall not be eligible for election for more than four terms of office; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election.

Approving the amendment of the Fiscal Year 2022 Capital Budget providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith) subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging the receipt of the Revised Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2023 through 2027, as amended.
