Declaring ?Philadelphia Stands with Ukraine? and urging the White House and the United States Congress to fully support Ukraine amid hostile acts and military build-up along its border from Russia.

Amending Section A-303 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Demolition and Relocation of Structures,? to add additional requirements for the issuance of demolition permits for structures currently or previously used as religious facilities; all under certain terms and conditions.

Providing for the submission to the qualified electors of the City of Philadelphia of the proposal set forth in a Resolution approved by Council proposing an amendment of The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to provide that Councilmembers shall not be eligible for election for more than four terms of office; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election.
