Authorizing the Chief Information Officer for the City of Philadelphia, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to purchase licenses for email, cloud services, enterprise software, data services, security software, and other related computing products and services, all under certain terms and conditions.
Substantially increasing the budget and number of areas and neighborhoods around the City served by the Community Life Improvement Program (CLIP) to improve the health, safety and cleanliness of every neighborhood and enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Amending Section 20-101 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Residence Requirements,? by clarifying that temporary residence outside the City, including for military service or educational purposes, does not prevent a person, including a police recruit, from meeting the Residence Requirement.
