Amending Title 14 Zoning Code of The Philadelphia Code, Sections 14-409 entitled ?SP-CIV, Civic, Educational, and Medical (Special Purpose) District,? and amending Title 14-602 entitled ?Use Tables,? by allowing Religious Assembly uses in certain Special Purpose districts, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending section 14-1000 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled Historic Preservation, requiring notification to City Council Members of historical designations in the City of Philadelphia.

Amending Section 14-533 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled ?/MIN, Mixed Income Neighborhoods Overlay District,? to expand applicable areas of the overlay in the vicinity of 49th Street and Woodland Avenue

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Powelton Avenue, Preston Street, Filbert Street, and 41st Street, and to amend Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code by adding Section 14-544 entitled /CSI, CSI Forensic Laboratory Overlay District, and making other related changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Fox Chase Road, Castor Avenue, Hoffnagle Street, and Alma Street.

Amending Section 14-529 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?/VDO, Fifth District Overlay District? by removing exceptions for minimum residential lot area and floor area, height, and dwelling unit density bonus eligibility, all under certain terms and conditions.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roy Street, 11th Street, Allegheny Avenue, and Germantown Avenue.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Emily Street, 4th Street, Mercy Street, and 5th Street.

Amending Chapter 14-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Use Regulations,? and Chapter 14-700, entitled ?Development Standards,? to establish use requirements for above-ground garages owned by a public entity and new development standards applicable to certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 10th Street, Chestnut Street, 11th Street and Ludlow Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Roosevelt Boulevard, 9th Street, Erie Avenue, and Broad Street.
