Amending Section 9-4403 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Enforcement,? to provide for the continuation of nuisance business enforcement following a change in business, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 10-2800 of The Philadelphia Code (?Chapter 10-2800 Vehicular Mobile Service Providers?) to add new prohibitions on where mobile medical service providers may operate and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Adding a new Chapter 21-3500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Public Utility Meters,? to prohibit provision of a second utility meter by a public utility at a residential property without evidence of a valid housing rental license for the property, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-4900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Prohibition on Use of Certain Bags by Retail Establishments,? to modify certain definitions, require retail establishments to charge a fee for the provision of a bag to customers, and require signage, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 9-3903 of The Philadelphia Code (?Certificate of Rental Suitability; Required Tenant Documents?) to include the provision of voter registration information to tenants, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-4900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Prohibition on Use of Certain Bags by Retail Establishments,” to require retail establishments to charge a fee for the provision of a bag to customers for removal of purchased items, and further defining what bags are prohibited at check out, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 9-105 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Penalties,? and Chapter 9-4400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Responsible Business Operations,? to further define nuisance businesses, provide for additional enforcement and penalties, and make certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,? to require certain businesses to implement and enforce shopping cart containment systems, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-4400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Responsible Business Operations,? to expand the provisions for video monitoring of nuisance businesses and to provide additional enforcement mechanisms in connection with certain nuisance businesses engaged in drug paraphernalia sales, all under certain terms and conditions.
