Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,? by adding a new Chapter, entitled ?Residential Property Wholesalers,? to regulate the solicitation of purchases of real property and require certain disclosures by property purchasers to homeowners, and amending Chapter 9-1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Fair Practices Ordinance: Protections Against Unlawful Discrimination,? to provide protections to homeowners from solicitation and related problems, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code to address matters related to commercial leases and provide eviction and financial relief to restaurant businesses that operate on leased premises, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Committee on Commerce & Economic Development to hold hearings on the state of Philadelphia?s neighborhood commercial corridors.

Amending Chapter 17-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Economic Opportunity Plans,? by establishing new definitions and clarifying the manner in which credit is given for M/W/DSBE participation, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 13-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Water Pipe,? to require disclosure of the ownership structure of water and sewer lines; all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Section 9-207 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Motor Vehicle Repairs,? to prohibit the use of City streets for the sale or storage of motor vehicles, and revising penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions?, by adding a new Chapter requiring certain businesses or professions provide disclosures regarding tangled titles; all under certain terms and conditions.

Adding a new Chapter 9-5700, entitled ?Leasing of Commercial Property,? to require commercial lessors to provide certain disclosures before entering lease agreements and to provide related protections to tenants, all under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,? by adding a new Chapter, entitled ?Employee Commuter Transit Benefit Programs,? to require certain employers to provide a mass transit and bicycle commuter benefit program, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Bill No. 220051-A, entitled ?An Ordinance amending Section 9-4116 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?2021 Public Health Emergency Leave,? to establish additional leave time under certain circumstance, modify existing provisions concerning the paid sick leave, and make technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions,? to clarify the modifications to The Philadelphia Code intended to be made by the Bill, and make technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions.
