Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?City Funds – Deposits, Investments, Disbursements,? by amending Section 19-201, entitled ?City Depositories,? to remove Citibank, N.A. and Republic First Bank as authorized financial institutions in which the City Treasurer may deposit funds, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing encroachments in the nature of a sidewalk caf? in the vicinity of 20-40 S 33rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19104, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing various encroachments in the vicinity of 546 South 45th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Procurement Commissioner to enter into agreements to purchase electricity, natural gas and motor fuel for use by the City in City facilities and vehicles, including agreements that obligate payment for delivery of such energy supplies in future fiscal years, all under certain terms and conditions.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1212 S 17th St; 1317 and 1511 S 20th St; 1904 S 23rd St; 1216 S 31st St; 1911 Gerritt St; 1932 and 2044 Titan St located in the 2nd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
