Approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Mantua Urban Renewal Area, identified by house numbers and street addresses as 3701 Brown street, 3703 Brown street, 3705-3711 Brown street, 3713-3717 Brown street, 3719-3733 Brown street and 3700-3706 Mantua avenue; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Triangle Senior Housing One LP and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to acquire, on behalf of the City, fee simple title or a lesser interest, by purchase, dedication, donation, condemnation, agreement in lieu of condemnation or otherwise, for the purpose of making, enlarging, connecting, extending, operating, and maintaining public parks for recreational use, certain parcels of land, generally bounded and located between Vine Street, Fairmount Avenue, 8th Street and 12th Street, together with all improvements thereon and all associated easements and appurtenances; and to lease the property, or a portion thereof,
