Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2031 Orkney Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2006 N Lawrence Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1907 N. Phillip Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1736 and 1738 Bodine Street located in the 7th Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
