Authorizing the Committee on Children and Youth to hold hearings concerning recommendations to establish an independent Youth Services Ombudsperson office to receive, investigate, and report on concerns from youth and families about safety or services for young people in congregate care, secure or other forms of detention, or any institutional facility.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 1746 Annin Street, 2231, 2232, 2235, 2249, 2252, 2324 Cross Street, 2227 Fernon Street, 2224, 2256, 2305, 2309 Greenwich Street 2230 Reed Street, 2318 Tasker Street, 2214, 2220, 2222, 2239 2241, 2243 and 2315 Wilder Street located in the 2nd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Recognizing and honoring Philadelphia native Stephen Fulton on becoming the Junior Featherweight World Boxing Champion.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Land Bank deeds conveying title to certain properties located in the Fifth Councilmanic District pursuant to the requirements of the Commonwealth Land Bank Act.

Amending Chapter 19-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Taxes and Rents – General,? by adding required conditions and information for reporting adjustments to taxable income, under certain terms and conditions.

Amending Chapter 9-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Landlord and Tenant,” to address matters related to the landlord and tenant relationship during the novel coronavirus of 2019 pandemic, including providing for alternative methods for tenants to meet their obligation to make security deposits; all under certain terms and conditions.
