DETAILS: Councilwoman Quiñones Sánchez and Finanta have worked to secure funding and are proud to announce The ROSCA Small Business Program of Technical Assistance specifically for Neighborhood Limousine Companies and Small Business Owners. FINANTA has partnered with local business experts in delivering business technical assistance workshops for FINANTA ROSCA (Rotating Savings Credit Association) groups. These educational workshops are offered once a month to ROSCA members and cover various topics relating to owning and operating successful small businesses in Philadelphia as well as to help them obtain loans and educate them on ways to improve their credit rating.
