Councilwoman Parker to Host Criminal Record Expungement Clinic and Resource Fair

PHILADELPHIA – Councilwoman Cherelle L. Parker (9th District) will host a Criminal Record Expungement Clinic and Resource Fair on Tuesday, March 10th from 5:00pm-8:00pm at  Philippian Baptist Church at 5801 N. Broad Street. The entrance to the church is located on Grange Street.

Individuals with records in Philadelphia County are welcome to come and speak with legal professionals from our co-sponsors, Defender Association of Philadelphia and Community Legal Services of Philadelphia, about getting records expunged or permanently sealed.

You may be eligible to expunge:

  • Non-conviction charges
  • Summary convictions
  • Special programs

You may be able to seal:

  • Minor misdemeanor convictions (if you finished your sentence more than 10 years ago and don’t owe any costs of fines for this case)

The event is free of charge. Those interested in attending should register via this form, or they can call our office at 215-686-3454 or 3455. The deadline to register is February 28th.
