PHILADELPHIA – Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) announces that the City of Philadelphia and the Campaign for Working Families will be providing free tax preparation services for individuals making less than $20,000 and families earning less than $54,000. The free tax preparation will be available at the Northeast Super Site (2115 Cottman Avenue, near the Gap Factory), Monday-Thursday 10AM-7PM, Friday 10AM-2PM, and Saturday 9AM-3PM.
