“I would like to congratulate Mayor Jim Kenney and his Administration for managing the City’s efforts to provide a safe environment for such a large scale event. I also want to thank all our City workers, particularly the men and women in uniform and all public safety officials, who maintained operations for the benefit of all citizens.

“Further, I want to recognize the Philadelphia Host Committee Leadership and the Host Committee Staff for all their leadership and hard work to secure the DNC in Philadelphia as well as their tremendous efforts in partnership with the Democratic National Committee that led to the successful completion of the event.
