PHILADELPHIA – In coordination with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) announces the renovation of Mitchell Playground. The renovation of Mitchell Playground will begin the week of 11/15 and a total of $614,000 will be invested in the Far Northeast Philadelphia playground.
The project will start with the renovation of the spray-ground. New playground equipment and fencing will also be installed this coming spring. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2022.
