Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Designation of Bicycle Lanes,? to authorize a buffered bicycle lane on Spruce Street, from 2nd Street to 22nd Street and on Pine Street, from Front Street to 18th Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
