Transmitting an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease agreement with South Street Headhouse District of Philadelphia, for use by the South Street Headhouse District of Philadelphia of all or a portion of the premises commonly known as Headhouse and Shambles, located on the 400 block of South 2nd Street between Pine Street and Lombard Street, under certain terms and conditions.
