GPVN helps veterans, national guard, and reservists find work through career service, programs, initiatives, mentorships, networking and job leads. - 
VETERANS’ PREFERENCE IN STATE CIVIL SERVICE

PA Blind Veterans' Pension
Blind Veterans can apply for a pension of $150.00 per month. - 
PA Amputee and Paralyzed Veterans' Pension
Provides eligible amputee and paralyzed Veterans a pension of $150.00 per month. - 
PA Educational Gratuity Program
Get financial assistance for children of honorably discharged veterans who have service-connected disabilities, or who died in service, and served during a period of war or armed conflict. -

PA State Veterans Homes
Pennsylvania offers its veterans six extended care facilities throughout the state and the level of care provided includes personal and skilled nursing care. These facilities offer qualified veterans and their spouses dedicated, superior care. - 
Real Estate Tax Exemption for Disabled Veterans
The program provides real estate tax exemption for any honorably discharged veteran who is 100% disabled, a resident of the Commonwealth and has a financial need. -
